enrolled at Oil City Area School District and who participate
in the school athletic, cheerleading, and/or band front programs.
Although the Booster Club is designed to support the above mentioned
programs at the 9th through 12th grade levels, the program may elect
to use portions of it's annual allocation for the development of it's
program in levels below the 9th grade, as long as the funds are used exclusively
for the direct benefit of students enrolled in the Oil City Area School
District.
