Requirements for
Booster Club Participation
Head
Coach/Manager:
* The Head Coach/Manager of every participating Sport is primarily
Responsible for the active participation of the Sport in the
fundraising activities, meetings and governance of the Booster Club.
* The Head Coach/Manager is responsible for securing parent
representatives for the development of the Sport's annual request
and the use of funds allocation.
* The Head Coach/Manager is responsible to develop the Sport's
annual allocation request and to attend the July budget approval
meeting in order to present the request as well as to explain the
need.
* The Head Coach/Manager is responsible to attend all regular and
specially called meetings of the Booster Club and to ensure that
there are at least two (2) representatives from their Sport
attending each meeting.
* The Head Coach/Manager is responsible to the Treasurer in regards
to maintaining solid documentation for funds request and use.
Parent
Representatives:
* Parent Representatives are responsible for active participation of
the Sport in the fundraising activities, meetings and governance of
the Booster Club.
* Parent Representatives are responsible to attend all regular and
specially called meetings of the Booster Club.
* A minimum of two (2) Parent Representatives from each Sport must
actively participate in each of the annual fundraising events.
