· The Coach is responsible for securing parent representatives for the development of the sport’s annual request and use of funds allocation.

    · The Coach is responsible to develop the Sport’s annual allocation request and to attend the July budget approval meeting to present the request and explain need.

    · The Coach is responsible to attend all regular and specially called meetings of the Booster Club and to ensure that there are at least two representatives from their Sport attending each meeting.

    · The Coach is responsible to enlist parent representatives to participate in all fund raising activities of the Booster Club.  Two representatives from each Sport must actively participate in each of the annual fund raising events.

    · The Coach is responsible to the Treasurer in regards to maintaining solid documentation of funds request and use.
 
 

Parent Representatives:

    · Parent representatives are responsible for active participation of the Sport in the fund raising activities, meetings and governance of the Booster Club.
    · Parent Representatives are responsible to attend all regular and specially called meetings of the Booster Club.
    · A minimum of two Parent Representatives from each Sport must actively participate in each of the annual fund raising events.
